General Store We provide freshly roasted in-store coffee that’s Organic, Fair-Trade and Cafe Feminino certified, along with hot breakfast and lunch sandwiches at the Pakatakan Market every Saturday through November.

All of our Arabica beans are Fair Trade and Organic from female-run Cafe Feminino co-ops around the world. Each batch is hand crafted, to bring out each variety’s fullest flavor potential, taking into account environmental factors such as altitude, temperature, humidity and time. Our Roast Master, Mark, has been perfecting his craft over the last 20 years, beginning as a hobby until he was able to begin roasting on a larger scale, to bring you the finest cup of coffee.
