Hotz N’ Notz Pickles

Hotz N’ Notz Pickles  started out as a random weekend project almost 8 years ago when Christina stopped by the local farm stand, saw some Kirby cucumbers, and decided to try her hand at making her own pickles. She formulated and perfected her original recipe over time, which would later come to be known as our “Notz”. What was just a hobby quickly became something much more when her then boyfriend, and now husband, Nick entered the picture – bringing along his business mindset and suggesting we kick it up a notch to add a new flavor – our “Hotz”. Last year, with the help of our very supportive and hardworking family, we were able to make our process more efficient, expanded our selection to include Dilly Beans in both our Hot and Not varieties, and launched our products at the local markets with great feedback and success. Every year we go a little bit further than we ever thought we’d be able to, and we’re excited to join the Pakatakan Farmer’s Market at the Round Barn for the upcoming 2024 season.
