Union Grove Distillery

Union Grove Distillery is a local business in Delaware county located at 43311 St. Hwy 28 Arkville, NY. 12406.

We make several different distilled products from local apples and grains and locally sourced botanicals.

Our Vly Creek Vodka is made from apples and wheat, our FirGin is made from a base vodka spirit and balsam fir tips, Norway spruce tips, horseradish, lavender and ginseng and of course juniper. Drie Brook Rye Whiskey made from 75% rye grain and 25% malted barley, and Catskill Mountain Maple Spirit made from locally sourced Maple syrup. We also have for your cocktail pleasure a Black Tea flavored vodka made from a NY corn based vodka and tea bags.

Our location on the corner in Arkville has a tasting room, tours of our distillery and
Catskill Mountain Embers brick fired pizza! On Fridays and Saturdays.

We will soon be adding a Brewery to the mix, Calico Outlaw Brewing, right in our
Distillery.
